The assistant (Shirley) tells me that she has cancelled the autorenew and I said I still want to have access to my account and it was almost "why, I have already cancelled it for you" and I'm like 'well, I need to check that for myself'. So I simply tell them I don't want Auto-renew, and I explain I received no email from them regarding my password and they said that I need to create an account first and I should have received an email asking me to do that. The first question I am asked is "Why do I want to cancel". So Monday morning, I use the Nexway chat facility and tell them I cannot get into my account and I want to because I want to cancel the Auto Renew. I received no email to reset my password. I wondered if I didn't have the right password to sign in and so I clicked on a "Forgot Password" link. I have no way of signing in, so I can't cancel the auto-renew. So I knew straight away that I didn't want auto-renew so I tried to go into my Kaspersky account to manage my susbscriptions, which sent me to Nexway. Updated my Kaspersky Internet Security but the payment went through this outfit.
